This is a blend of 80/20 Sauvignon blanc (Ritchie Vineyard) and Semillon, Bibianna did a stint at Haut Brion and jeff Pisoni worked at Peter Michael and they are honoring what they have learned from the masters with the name here no ML unfined unfiltered only 132 cases produced, 100% new oak but this wine is not oaky at all lots of ripe melon and fig fruit with pink grapefruit jolly rancher candy some vanilla spice and a good hand of minerality here on the finish. A very rich and layered wine with wonderful concentration and a firm hand of acidity holding things together. Finish 50+ Most Excellent
