(88 Points)The 2005 Pouilly-Fume Les Champs de Cri, from what Deschamps considers his best site, displays a lovely nose of white peach, diverse flowers, and chalk dust. Fleshy and chalk-saturated on the palate, it carries a wealth of citrus and herb into a finish that remains juicy and mouth-watering for all of its bitter hints of zest and quinine.
