Enticing aromas of Bing cherry, pomegranate andraspberry are met by scents of pipe tobacco, bloodorange, vanilla, ginger and wet forest floor. The redfruit flavors are true to the aromas and have a juicyquality. The fine tannins give some grip along the sidesof the palate while the acidity supports the flavors andprovides great depth. Decanting one to two hoursbefore serving is recommended.
