2021 Palari Rocca Coeli Etna Bianco

A blend of 95% Carricante and 5% Minnella, this wine has a good amount of ripe tree fruit with that distsinct minerality from Etna fresh crushed rock and honeysuckle floral notes very pretty nose.  Nice intensity here on the palate with a full bodied almost oily texture on the tongue and tongue tingly minerality through the finsih.  Finish 45+ Excellent +
