(96 Points -- Wine Advocate)   The 2016 Chardonnay la Carriere has a delicate nose of white peaches, grapefruit and honeysuckle with a yeasty undercurrent and a waft of allspice. Medium-bodied, the palate has great elegance and sophistication, with a quiet intensity of citrus and stone fruit layers and a lively backbone, finishing with mineral nuances.
