2007 Fisher Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Wedding Vineyard Sonoma

(93 Points) Inky ruby. A potent, highly aromatic bouquet of red- and blackcurrant, cherry compote, licorice pastille, cola and smoky Indian spices. Impressively complex and densely packed, offering sweet dark berry and bitter cherry flavors and exotic notes of candied flowers and peppery spices. For all this wine's density it comes off as graceful and precise, finishing with lingering floral and dark fruit notes. Give it at least a decade in the cellar.
