(97 Points -- Wine Advocate)
Possibly the most famous of all of the Turley Zinfandels, is the 2014 Zinfandel Hayne Vineyard from an old head-pruned vineyard (planted in 1902 and 1903) on the back streets of St. Helena near the library. Possibly the quintessential Napa Valley Zinfandel, it is full-bodied, with glorious levels of blue, black and red fruits, floral notes, a full-bodied, seamless, opulent texture and stunning mouthfeel, without a trace of heaviness or heat. It is sensationally rich, beautifully pure, and a classic, world-class wine made from ancient vines that have been translated into a meticulously crafted wine. (RP) Review Date: 04/2016
