(94 Points) The 2023 Chablis “Séchet” from Domaine Louis Michel was also still in tank and was showing beautiful potential at the time of my visit. The wine’s aromatic constellation is very precise, offering up notes of lemon, pear, white flowers, licorice, a touch of straw and a gorgeous base of limestone minerality. On the palate the wine is pure, crisp and full, with a superb core of fruit, fine soil signature and grip, a lovely spine of acidity and superb backend lift on the perfectly balanced and soil-infused finish. Most impressive! (Drink between 2028-2055) John Gilman, Review Date: 01/2025
