2023 Domaine du Colombier Bougros Chablis Grand Cru

Tasting notes:  This is transporting on the nose, showing an entire world of generous, almost tropical fruit, sweet-crunchy apple, and candied lemon peel against an assertive hit of chalk. On the palate, there is weight and texture underpinned by excellent energy, with honey and lemon drops, hard stone fruit, and apple sweeping in on the hazelnut-flecked finish.
