This is classic Chablis with that chalky limestone minerality, green apple and lemon citrus fruit, very clean and fresh. Bright and crisp on the tongue with zesty lemon citrus and a nice tongue tingly sea shell like mineral chalk like note to the finish. Finish 35+ Very Good
