From Domaine J.A. Ferret, the 2011 Pouilly-Fuisse is a blend of the best parcels from Fuissé’s amphitheatre with vines ranging from 10 to 35 years old. Half the wine is aged in concrete tanks and half in oak with no new oak used. This elegant wine offers layers of fruit, floral and hazelnut notes with great balance and a long, spicy finish. Pairs well with seafood dishes, veal with cream sauce and goat cheese.
