2011 Bret Brothers Domaine La Soufrandiere, Pouilly Vinzelles "Les Quarts

This is one fo the climats from Pouilly Fuisse that could be designated as premier Cru in the near future a very distinct minerality here on the nose, briny and sweet with fresh apple and green pear like fruit, lemon citrus here as well, white flowers very complex bouquet of aromas, maybe just a touch of wood spice. A very concnetrated and rich wine on the tongue with a texture of whole milk, tongue tingly acidity and a long finish, lots of fruit, very juicy with a firm hand of acidity and a long finish notes of spice and tongue tingly minerality. finish 45+ Excellent
