The Cote Bonneville Syrah Yakima Valley DuBrul Vineyard is the clarion voice of our hillside vine. Well structures with pure character, the wine is true to its vineyard source and very long lived. Deep purple in color, with an exquisite perfume of cherries, white pepper, and spice, the wine's purity of cherry, violets, berries, and mineral coats the palate then slowly fades. The wine complements seared Ahi Tuna or grilled pork loin, followed by a blueberry gateau. This Syrah was aged for 21 months in 2-year French oak barrels, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
