“In 2020 we experienced an early bud break and an early flowering due to a mild winter and a warm spring. At the same time, spring and summer were rainy, with significant storms from May to the end of July. Harvest arrived early on September 21 and finished on October 18. 2020 was a good quality year, with very expressive grapes.”

Fermentation: Spontaneous in concrete tanks

Aging: 14 months in foudres (15-25hl) and French and Austrian barrique (Stockinger)

Finishing: Paper sheet filtered, unfined
