(89 Points) The 2010 Menut is a negociant wine produced from purchased grapes close to Porrera, and therefore the only wine that is not organic – all other wines are organically certified. It ferments in cement and part of the wine goes to oak vats and another to barriques. It is very aromatic with notes of flowers, spices and smoky bacon, quite marked by the Syrah. It has very good tension, lively acidity and polished tannins. It is a fantastic entry-level Priorat, but unfortunately is not sold in Spain. It also represents very good value. Drink now-2018.
