Fermentation in 225 liter French oak cooperage assembled in the Finca Torremilanos.

Aging: 20 months in the same barrels. No added sulphide. Parenting without racking.

Wine of intense color and deep, especially when you consider its variety. The wine is dominated by blue tones give way to red. Aroma little shy at first, dominated by a great subtlety and freshness that as it comes into contact with oxygen is gaining in intensity. Feelings of lilac with red fruits and black fruits, surrounded by a toasted tones that evoke the wood. The palate is light and long. Tasty, with intense flavors of ripe fresh grapes, wrapped in a mineral sensation that adds a freshness and salinity.
