The vineyard Las Gravas (which means gravels), is at the mountain sides at an altitude of 760 metres (2500 feet). The particularly of this vineyard is the stony soil with 30 cm (11,8 inches) deep. The monastrell variety is grown there as well as syrah, garnacha and cabernet Sauvignon. Our most mineral wine, “Las Gravas”, is made with a yearly selection of grapes grown there.
