2022 Domaine du Salvard Blanc Cheverny

All estate bottled, as all of kermit Lynch's wines are all domaine bottled, this property is 42 hectares, this wine contains the typical mix of this producer; 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% chardonnay. All stainless steel fermentation and aged to keep things fresh. They do keep the wine on the lees to add some richness, this was a cooler vintage and a bit difficult but they faired quyite well. Has a very fresh bouquet of green apple, white grapefruit, kiwi and notes of green peppercorn spice. Has a bit more roundness and rich fruit on the tongue but also has a lovely savoriness to the finish, that briny note and that tongue tingly minerality lasting through the finish, leaves the tongue salivating for food.
