This is the first screwcap SB that the winery has done, there is 6% Semillon and 1% Albarino, stainless steel fermented in barrel neutral oak for 4 months, this is all purchased, they do have 60 acres in Santa Lucia highlands appellation of Monterey, some of it is Muscet Clone. Has a bit of a musky note to the melon and orange blossom with light briny/flinty/mineral notes on the nose. A very fresh and juicy wine on the tongue with melon and pineapple/lemon citrus fruit, light briny notes through the finish, leaves the tongue salivating for food, orange blossom floral notes. Finish 35+ Very Good
