Dedicated to Caterina’s father, the ‘Madonna della Querce’ is comprised of 100% Prugnolo Gentile from a dedicated plot within the Piaggia cru. Vines sit at 350 meters above sea level and are planted to clay and tufa soils. Aged exclusively in 30hL Slavonian cask for 24 moths prior to bottling.
