Janus is Casalvento’s flagship wine. The wine displays intense ruby red color with hints of violet, red currant and eucalyptus. Full bodied with silky and round tannins.
Blend: 1005 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Fermentation: fermented inside 225 barrels or wood tanks.
Aging: inside 225 l barriques for 18 months. Minimum 6 months inside the bottle.
