PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES  Grapes are harvested by hand into small, shallow containers and vinified traditionally, undergoing a  lengthy maceration in the process. The wine is aged 15 months in oak barrels ranging from one to two  years in age



DESCRIPTION  Color: Dark purple  Aroma: Intense; reminiscent of blackberries and licorice, supported by notes of black pepper  Taste: Jammy fruits, such as ripe plum and fig, with a silky texture and a glossy finish
