2022 Bouchard Pere & Fils Beaune Clos De La Mousse 1er Cru

(90-92 Points) It comes from more clayey soils that obviate hydric stress. Very floral on the nose, I appreciate the purity of fruit: lovely red cherries and crushed strawberries, more Pinoté than Les Teurons. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, quite sweet and a little confit-like but with fine structure towards the finish. It just needs a couple of years to absorb the new oak. Very fine.  Vinous
