2018 Hospices de Beaune Beaune 1er Cru Cuvee Guigone de Salins Cuvee Gup Maliner and Zuckerman

WINE WATCH REVIEW:  We just hosted a tasting featuring Hospices de Beaune tasting going back to the 1970’s and this young gun was WOTN!  A very young wine but if you have 20-30 years to cellar this wine it will reward you with an amazing experience like the 1978 vintage wine that we tasted from the exact same vineyard!  This wine has incredible richness and depth of fruit with an array of exotic spices, floral nuance and a firm hand of acidity holding things together through the long layered finish.  Give this wine at least 2 hours in the decanter if you are serving it today.  Finish 50+  TASTING DATE 8/13/22  MOST EXCELLENT
