2012 Remoissenet Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru Les Serpentieres

Facing full south, 'Serpentières' is one of Savigny's most-prized premier cru vineyards. This Burgundian Pinot Noir is all supple curves and swarthy intensity, with a good dollop of spice and silk on the finish. Aromas of black and red cherries, light toast, crushed stones, red plums. Medium-bodied, suave, fine-grained tannins.
