(95 points)  The 2023 Pinot Noir Wendling Vineyard Block E is showing well after a year in bottle, with slowly unfolding scents of bramble fruit, cracked pepper, tea leaves, iron and forest floor. The medium-bodied palate offers deeply concentrated, earth-laced flavors. It’s structured by firm, fine-grained tannins and bright acidity and has a long, nuanced finish.
