This was the old Roessler label, this is where the Blue Jay comes from and they just got the contracts with the grape growers but they just bought a vineyard that will supply 10% of the fruit for this Label, a wild strawberry like fruit on the nose with notes of smoke and bacon fat with some fresh earth. Light red berry fruit with a smooth silky texture on the tongue with layers of spice and pretty floral nuance on the finish. Finish 40+ Excellent
