2021 Intentus English Hill Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast

The 2021 Intentus Pinot Noir, English Hill Vineyards comes from a small, hand-farmed vineyard perched high up on a western-facing slope west of Sebastopol, overlooking the Sonoma Coast in the beautiful Sonoma County. Just a few short miles away rests the Pacific Ocean, adding a cool, foggy and windy influence which allows the delicate Pinot Noir grapes to mature slowly to produce wines of grace, elegance and aromatic perfection in a restrained Old-World flavor profile. 

Grape selections made up of 2/3rd Pinot Noir, clone 115 and 1/3rd Pinot Noir clone 667. Whole berry fermentation, 25% stem inclusion, gently punched-down by hand, aged on the lees in French oak barrels.

Only 2 barrels produced. Extremely limited production.
