2012 Paolo Scavino Nebbiolo Langhe

This is all from La Morra two single vineyards, one east and one west, they could use this for Barolo but different vinification, lower temperature, shorter maceration a good amount of spice here on the nose with rose petal floral notes and fresh earth truffle like notes, a very burgundian vintage, very aromatic. Thick and juicy red cherry berry fruit on the tongue with a ton of liqueur like fruit, red licorice spice and a host of pretty floral and truffle like earthy notes through the long and juicy finish. Finish 35+ Very Good +
