2017 Prunotto Nebbiolo d Alba Occhetti

A single vineyard nebbiolo from Roero and this wine has a very pretty nose red cherry fruit, perfumed floral notes, rose petal and red licorice spice. Pretty red cherry fruit on the tongue with fine tannins and a nice hand of spice and floral notes on the finish, light chalk, very pretty and quite drinkable but this is a vintage you could keep these entry level wines for 3-5 years easily.
