2010 Demarie Barbaresco

This is from vineyards in the town of Nieve and there are only four villages in Barbaresco , this wine has a touch of smoked meat on the nose. White truffle, fresh herbs and rose petal, a very complex array of spice, earth and fruit on the nose. Nice structure and depth of fruit, a firm hand of tannins and acidity here on the finish, with wonderful balance a classic spice, floral, herbal and fresh earth from the nose through the finish.
