2012 Ettore Germano Barolo Prapo

This was a classic vintage elegant and finesse, this wine has a good amount of earth here, truffle tar and a good amount of red cherry dried rose petal notes, good complexity.  A big and chewy wine with lots of everything 40-50 days maceration and 2 years in large barrels, there are 8 different producers of this cru they owe 2 hectares, this wine has a good amount of dry tannins on the finish but has pleanty of fruit, needs time has everything in proportion.  Finish 50+ Most Excellent
