A rose with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, only 11% alcohol this is methode champenoise, has a good amount of red currant berry fruit with notes of red licorice and a briny nuance coming through on the second day. A very pretty wine on the tongue with light red berry fruit and a bit of a sweet tart note to the fruit, pretty floral notes through the finish along with a light salty note. Finish 30+ Very Good
