Methode Tazmanoise, this was a project from Roederer but they sold the project to Negociants, a wine merchant type company in Australia owned by the folks from Yalumba. This is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and the rest Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, this is a blend of three vintages and there is no way to tell which batch this is. Spends 2 years on the lees and has around 7 grams per liter of dosage, has a slightly pale salmon color and a good mamount of candied raspberry and ripe delicious peach and apple fruit, notes of fresh baked bread, flowers and ginger spice. a good amount of fresh fruit onthe tongue with smooth creamy mousse, a nice hand of that yeasty toast notes trough the finish, nice tongue tingly minerality through the finish.
