2018 Paolo Scavino Barolo Carobric Magnum

Wine Watch Tasting Notes:  50% Rocche De Castiglione, the rest is Cannubi and Bric Del Fiasc (1921 the oldest property they own).  This wine has a lovely spice, rose petals, red cherry berry fruit, red licorice spice and some truffle like earthy notes.  This wine is quite drinkable with velvety smooth texture, a very nuanced and balanced wine with a long-layered finish.  Finish 50+              Most Excellent +
