When Nicole Chanrion began her career in the 1970s, it wasn't customary for women to work in vineyards or wine cellars. However with six generations of family tradition preceding her, she took over the family estate in 1988 and works all six and a half hectares entirely by herself.
Nicole Chanrion "Domaine de la Voute des Crozes" is a gorgeous Beaujolais bursting with notes of fresh strawberry and blackberry, accented by underlying notes of black tea, wood smoke and cinnamon. Well-integrated acidity and fine tannins complement the expressive, fruit-driven finish.
