A blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon blend the Sauvignon Blanc sees a couple of months of 500 liter tonneaux to add a bit of richness to the palate, ripe green melon and pink grapefruit. A nice amount of juicy fruit on the tongue with that briny character and and spritz like note to the finish. Finish 45+ Excellent
