The Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego di Foradori was born in vineyards located in Campo Rotaliano, a recess of the Adige Valley.
It is produced exclusively with Teroldego grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in cement tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months between large casks and concrete tanks, before being bottled.
The Teroldego of Foradori is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant aromas of violet, black raspberry and black currant, enriched with light notes of herbs and mocha. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and structured, with a slightly almondy finish.
Perfect to accompany meat sauce and vegetable based risotto, it is ideal in combination with stewed meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
