2021 Cousino Macul Sauvignon Gris

   At mid-nineteenth Century the Cousiño family imported vine stumps, from the Graves region in Bordeaux; this variety of Sauvignon was among them. In time we have seen how the Sauvignon Gris has adapted itself extraordinarily well to the Maipo Valley, providing a wine with distinctive aromas of wild flowers, citric fruits and spiced, with more body and a richer texture than that of its Sauvignon brethren.
