100% Roussanne Single-plot Cuvée from the locality “Digue” in the north of the appellation. 9 months of aging in barrels and tuns. The dress is pure and golden. The intense and complex nose expresses white flowers, citrus fruits and nuances of honey. The palate is distinctive and balanced with a beautiful roundness, supported by the minerality of the terroir on the finish. Wine to keep, to drink between 6 and 10 years. To be enjoyed with lobster ravioli with saffron sauce. Alc. 13.5% vol.
