This wind-protected, south-east-facing vineyard just below the historic church in Senftenberg has a base of mica slate. This combination gives the Grüner Veltliner planted here a very special spiciness and minerality that hardly any other location from the Nigl winery can achieve. A smoothly flowing Grüner Veltliner from the Kremstal with a velvety abundance is guaranteed. Notes of aniseed cake, sweet herbs and banana chips. Rich and well structured, complemented by minerals. Pointed, ripe acidity, nicely bundled. This heart of the Kirchberg has proven itself for a very long time - simply great.
