2016 Château Loudenne Bordeaux Blanc A.O.C.

Since 1880, Chateau Loudenne produces a dry white wine, rare in Medoc, of great complexity.

Very expressive nose, sharp attack balanced by the bold Semillon and aging on lees in barrel. This great white wine allows marriages with Asian cuisine, foie gras, asparagus or salad rocket, pear parmesan, goat cheese ... A unique wine.

· Winemaking: gentle pneumatic pressing and settling at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels after starting in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation.

· Maturing on fine lees with regular stirring lasts eight months and is in French oak barrels of which one third is renewed annually.

· The choice of different coopers adapted to our wines provides a very interesting aromatic complexity.
