Winery's Note: 100% Verdejo
View: Bright yellow color with golden reflections.
Nose: It is a very elegant wine, full of subtle nuances, white fruits, herbaceous notes, hints of orange and cinnamon aromas, with a mineral note that gives it great complexity.
Mouth: In the mouth it is powerful, tasty and creamy, giving it great unctuousness. The integration between fruit and wood is perfect.
The rainy vintage gave this wine a perfect acidity, which gives it a persistence and length in the mouth typical of the great wine it is. Here a very gentle extraction is carried out under anoxia conditions. After cold stabling for 5-6 days at 8ºC, the clean must was racked and placed in barrels to ferment there with indigenous yeasts. When the fermentation ends, periodic stirring of the barrels is carried out and then the wine remained in new French oak barrels for a total of 12 months.
