A good amount of fresh green apple fruit, peach, lime blossom and wet stone like mineral notes. Sweet tart fruit on the tongue with zesty lime citrus, green apple and peach like fruit with tongue tingly acidity, almost effervescent on the finish, 11.5 % alcohol, very refreshing.
