2012 Mas De Daumas Gassac White Languedoc

This wine is equal parts Chardonnay, Viognier, Petit Manseng and Chenin Blanc, this wine has a bit of a stink to it and it changed a bit on the second day an onion peel like aroma, but definately better with a bit of air time. A nice rich texture on the tongue with a nice amount of ripe tree fruit and a nice hand of acidity through the finish along with tongue tingly mineral notes very fresh and a bit of that funkiness form the nose through the finish but nicely balanced, a very unique white.
