This light rosé wine expresses some very intense aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. its velvety mouth associated with its freshness gives it something very aerial.
Manual harvest of grapes at their technical maturity. Total crushing and destemming then grapes’cooling. Short maceration from 3 to 4 hours then pressing in a pneumatic press. Press juices’ elimination. Settling one night at 15°C (59°F). Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14°C (57°F) during 14 days. Malolactic fermentation stopped by sulphiting.
