The new single barrel release of the revered Paul Marie Pineau des Charentes is made by blending the fresh pressed grape juice of local Ugni Blanc grapes with one-year-old Grande Champagne Cognac from the famed Juillac le Coc region. After an additional 12 years aging together we're left with one of the most impressive pineaus we've ever tasted. Notes of lime peel, maraschino, assam tea, clover honey, and poached stone fruits stand out.
