2011 Primus Cabernet Sauvignon Maipo Valley

Aged for 12 months in oak as opposed to 8 and is a selection of better grape parcels. Has a good amount of peppery spice and roasted coffee notes to the dark currant fruit with some fresh plowed earth here as well as some herbs. A good amount of peppery spice here with rich currant and dark cherry fruit a nice hand of that coffee and spice on the finsih. Finish 35+ Very Good +
