2010 Casarena Malbec Jamilla's Vineyard Perdriel

A totally different wine with a more distinct earthy character, more tobacco, spice with a bit of an animal note and lots of dark berry and plum like fruit, almost has an amarone like quality to the nose, also has some loamy earthy tones, very complex array of aromas. A big and chewy wine on the tongue with layers of dark berry fruit and a long complex finish laced with these mineral and earthy elements from the nose, another blockbuster of a Malbec with layers and layers on the finish, has a good bit of that floral perfume here also very long finish a bigger wine but still has elegance and freshness ont he finish.
