Its appearance is that of pale shimmering gold with brilliant transparency. This is a serious wine with
great purity. The nose is filled with soft minerals, subtle tropical fruits, and hint of flowers. There is a
coolness and freshness that reminds me of smelling the air above a spring in the mountains. This
character continues in the mouth on a lovely frame and texture, ending with a mouth-watering, long
finish.
